We charge 10.5% of the total turnover, we say if you can find anyone cheaper than us, we will undercut them by 2%, we aren't cheap because its a poor service, its just a well oiled machines and we value the success of others. 

Occupancy is very dependant on seasonality, In the winter season we really push long term stays, meaning we can sometimes see 100% occupancy on our properties across winter months, however if we are directing short term stays, we will get more premium prices but a lower occupancy. Each property is very unique.
